3. Attend the Edu Bay programme on the approved date with a complete and signed attendance register
4. Collect all supporting documents: attendance list, tax invoice, and certificate of completion
5. Submit your claim through the ETRIS portal with the supporting documents attached; HRD Corp will reimburse from your levy account upon approval
