Who runs ETRIS?

ETRIS is operated by Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp), a statutory body under the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia. HRD Corp was previously known as HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund); both names refer to the same agency.

How to register on ETRIS

Training providers register through the official portal at e-tris.hrdcorp.gov.my. Registration is free and required to offer HRD Corp claimable programmes. The approval process typically takes 14 working days.

How employers use ETRIS

Employers log in to e-tris.hrdcorp.gov.my using their HRD Corp account to search registered training providers, submit claim applications, and track training records under the levy contribution scheme.
